RICHMOND, VA. — Vote Mama, the nation’s first PAC focused solely on electing, supporting, and mentoring Democratic moms, today announced new endorsements in four key races in Virginia:
- Joy Powers — Virginia House of Delegates, HD-51
- Stephanie Morales — Commonwealth’s Attorney, City of Portsmouth
- Dr. Amanda Quillin — Chesapeake School Board, At-large
- April Chandler — Loudoun County Public Schools, Algonkian District
With these new endorsements, Vote Mama PAC has now endorsed 23 Democratic moms running for the Virginia House of Delegates, as well as Abigail Spanberger to be the first woman and mom to serve as governor. Democrats have the opportunity to create the commonwealth’s first-ever mom-led trifecta, but a slim majority in the House of Delegates means every seat will be critical.
