As Senior Communications Director, Jordan leads efforts to increase awareness of Vote Mama’s work and to change the narrative around who belongs in the halls of power. He is passionate about breaking free from political communications conventions that make everyday people feel disconnected from politics, and he believes that even the toughest political debates of our time can be won if we communicate clearly and stand up for what we believe in. Before joining Vote Mama, Jordan spent nearly a decade on Capitol Hill, most recently as Deputy Chief of Staff for U.S. Rep. Katie Porter. He holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and linguistics from Pomona College, and he splits his time between California and Washington, DC.
