With experience in education, historic preservation, and the government and non-profit sectors, her journey reflects a deep commitment to addressing systemic barriers faced by women and historically marginalized communities. As the Executive Office and Operations Associate at Vote Mama, Sierra focuses on strengthening organizational culture and systems while providing office support to executive leadership. She holds an MA in Public History from American University and a BA in Political Science and Pan-African Studies from Kent State University.
